BAC Invite Highlights

BAC Invite

60 athletes stretched across our SD, RSA Comp, AGD and JD1 groups attended the BAC Invite at the Wayne Gretzky Centre in Brantford November 1-3rd. All sessions of the meet were timed finals as opposed to the traditional meet format where there are heats and finals for 13& overs. 

Swimmers had the opportunity to try new strokes and distances that are helping their overall athlete development. Our ROW swimmers achieved a 82% best time percentage across all groups that attended the competition while having some of the highest energy out of all the teams that attended the meet. 

The mix of veteran with new racers amongst our ROW swimmers provided many opportunities for swimmers in different groups to mingle on deck and help each other out where applicable. There was no shortage of #ROWNATION spirit and pride amongst the athletes, especially as they swimmers got their first shot at relays over the weekend!
