The first meet of the season kicked off with a 1 PM session, following a morning workout focused on teaching meet expectations, team cheers, and protocols. This event served as an important learning tool as we head into the rest of the season, helping us assess where we stand after the summer break and identify areas for improvement while shaking off any rust. It was exciting to have 136 ROW athletes participating in a single session, ranging in age from 7 to 17 years, and showcasing a diverse range of...

The Ontario Winter Festival Championships took place February 17-18 at the Etobicoke Olympium. Festivals is the highest level of competition for 12&U athletes in the province of Ontario.
